Shooting Victim, 26, Drives Short Distance, Crashes Before Dying In South Jersey: Prosecutor A 26-year-old Willingboro man who was shot at an apartment complex then got behind the wheel of a car, which he crashed, and died 30 minutes later, authorities said.
