A South Jersey truck driver was charged after 4,000 gallons of fuel spilled in Delaware County last month, authorities said.
Smith, 36, of Vineland, NJ has been charged with causing and risking a catastrophe, Clean Streams Law violations, and related offenses in connection with the June 11 fuel spill at the Gas N Go in Brookhaven.

A 20-year-old man from Delaware was sentenced to 38 years in New Jersey State Prison for his role in a fatal pre-dawn robbery at a South Jersey blueberry farm, authorities said.
Kwamere Benjamin of New Castle, Delaware, was sentenced on Friday to 38 years in state prison by Judge Frederick J. Schuck, according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Winslow Township Police Chief George Smith.
