A girl was injured while playing with fireworks in North Philadelphia, police announced on Thursday, July 10. The juvenile female was hurt on the 1700 block of North Bailey Street in the 22nd District around 3:24 p.m., according to authorities. Medics transported her to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
