A 27-year-old Mantua resident was arrested and charged after he carjacked a tow truck and crashed it in Washington Township on Monday, March 30, authorities said. A tow truck operator for Riehl's Towing had stopped along Delsea Drive near Dollar General to secure a vehicle on his flatbed, Washington Township police said. While doing so, Dylan Davis entered the tow truck and drove off, causing the operator to fall from the vehicle and sustain injuries, police said.
