A Manalapan man was accused of driving with a suspended license during a crash that killed a bicyclist in Holmdel, authorities said. John Baradekji, 28, was charged with third-degree operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license while being involved in a fatal crash, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said in a news release on Thursday, Oct. 24. Speeding Pennsylvania Driver, 29, Charged Crash That Killed NJ Grandmother
A Pennsylvania man has been charged in connection with a fatal high-speed crash in South Jersey, authorities said. Theresa Karbach, 69, of Cherry Hill, died as a result of injuries from the crash in Lawnside on May 13 at about 9:30 p.m., according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay. Anwar Parham, 29, of North Wales, PA, was charged with death by auto, driving with a suspended license and assault by auto, MacAulay said. An Atlantic County man was convicted of driving with a suspended license after he had at least two DUIs, authorities said. Thomas Fox III, 60, of Absecon, was found guilty by a jury on Tuesday, Apr. 9, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a new release. A 31-year-old father from Camden was charged with vehicular homicide in a crash that killed his 8-year-old son, authorities said. Franklin Diaz Sr., who remained in the hospital, was additionally charged with endangering the welfare of a child and causing death while driving with a suspended license, according to Sgt. A 27-year-old Jackson man arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash on Christmas Eve has been ordered to remain detained at Ocean County Jail, authorities said. A 31-year-old driver from Ocean County has been sentenced to seven years in state prison in connection with a hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian, authorities said.
