Officer Shot Responding To Domestic Incident In Mercer County A police officer was shot in Mercer County while responding to a domestic incident, authorities said. Hamilton officers were called to a disturbance on the 1800 block of Orchard Avenue around 2:20 a.m. when the gunman opened fire on the officers, the department said. The injured officer was taken to CHS-Fuld and is expected to survive. The Mercer County Prosecutor's Office and the New Jersey Attorney General's Office are investigating this incident.

Woman Who Jumped Into Delaware River Found Alive: Troopers The 30-year-old who leaped into the Delaware River when approached by state police Monday night, Jan. 15, was found alive and well, troopers say.  State police were looking for the unnamed woman in connection with a domestic incident on Durham Street in Riegelsville around 6:30 p.m., Daily Voice reported. Suspect Fired Gun At His Mom In Atlantic City: Police A 31-year-old Atlantic City man was arrested on multiple charges after allegedly firing a gun at his mother, authorities said. On Saturday, April 16 at 8:09 p.m., Atlantic City Police Officer Ivaylo Ivanov responded to South Carolina and Baltic Avenues after receiving information from Sergeant Garry Stowe that a fugitive -- Kevin Robinson -- was in the area, police said. Robinson was wanted after being involved in a domestic incident on March 26 where he assaulted his mother and fired a handgun in her direction as she fled into a bedroom, police said.
