Worker Found Dead In Delco Smoke Shop, Suspect Sought Police have released a photo of the suspect sought in a Delaware County homicide investigation. An employee of Empire Smoke Shop & Phones, located at 1418 Chester Pike in Crum Lynne, was shot and killed inside the store Friday morning. Authorities are trying to identify the individual pictured above, believed to have fired the gun that killed the victim before fleeing. Disanto Jr., 41, has been on the lam since July 3 when he allegedly shot and wounded a woman in her apartment in Media, according to NJ.com. Pennsylvania State Police spotted Disanto in Marple Township on Aug. 24, but he fled, igniting a pursuit through Delaware County and ending in Washington Township just before midnight, the outlet reports.
