Nasyr Fisher, 20, was arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 26, the Deal Police Department said in a news release on Sunday, Dec. 1. Officers responded to a home on Lady Bess Drive for a report of a suspected break-in at around 3:34 p.m.  Upon arriving, police located an open rear window and spotted a man inside the residence.
