Tacony-Palmyra Bridge Jumper, 21, Missing After Nearly 24 Hours A 21-year-old woman remained missing on Wednesday after she jumped from the Tacony–Palmyra Bridge into the Delaware River Tuesday night, authorities said. The woman was heading toward New Jersey from Pennsylvania when she stopped her car just before the halfway point on the bridge, got out and jumped around 7:30 p.m., according to Burlington County Bridge Commission's Public Safety Director Patrick Reilly. Victim ID'd In Fatal 5-Car Tacony-Palmyra Bridge Crash Authorities have identified the driver killed Monday night in a five-car collision on the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge.  Gerardo Francisco Perez Martinez, 35, of Camden died in the head-on crash, according to the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office.  The investigation into the cause of the collision is ongoing.
