The four-wheeled ATV operator was found lying in the roadway while the ATV itself had come to rest in a nearby wooded area near Clementon Avenue around 6:35 p.m., local police said. Arthur Herz, 61, of Mays Landing entered the westbound lanes on a bicycle around 8:20 p.m. when he "made impact with" a 21-year-old man's Jeep Cherokee, Hamilton Township police said.
