An MRI tech from Hudson County terrorized a number of people, including by mailing letters to one victim’s job in Bergenfield, said authorities who arrested him on Monday.

Joan Winter, 70, formerly of Yonkers and Hartsdale, NY, and her brother Mark, 76, had lived together for several years in what had been their late mother's Kennedy Terrace home on a quiet cul-de-sac near Washington Avenue, those who knew them said.

UPDATE: A 27-year-old Florida woman was charged with murder for killing her younger sister with a point-blank gunshot to the head in their mother's Little Ferry home, authorities said.
Angielly Dominguez, 27, was headed south on the New Jersey Turnpike in her boyfriend's Ford Mustang early Tuesday evening, March 22, when State Police nabbed her in Cherry Hill, nearly 90 miles from the scene of the sororicide, law enforcement sources confirmed.
