Motorcyclist Dead, Passenger Critically Injured In Jersey Shore Crash: Police A Villas man died and a woman was critically injured when their motorcycle crashed into an SUV in Middle Township, authorities said. Robert Pfaff III, 40, was killed in the crash on Wednesday, Oct. 2, the Middle Township Police Department said in a news release. Officers responded to the wreck on Route 47 near Bayway Marina in the Goshen section of the township at around 3:15 p.m. Investigators said a white Subaru was heading north on Route 47 when it tried to make a left turn into the marina's parking lot.
