Atlantic City Man Arrested With Loaded Gun, Cocaine Police working a traffic detail arrested an Atlantic City man for possession of a loaded handgun and cocaine, authorities said. On Tuesday, Feb. 8 at 9:17 a.m., Detectives Anthony Abrams and Jaimee Moore were at the intersection of Pennsylvania and Atlantic Avenues when Abrams noticed Jamil Hunter walk past him westbound on Atlantic Avenue near a Walgreens Pharmacy, police said. As Hunter approached Walgreens, Abrams allegedly observed Hunter discard an object from his pocket found to be cocaine, police said.  Detectives Abrams and Moore followed Hunter inside Walgreens to advise him …

Atlantic City Teenagers Arrested In Stolen Car With Loaded Gun, Heroin A pair of teenagers from South Jersey was arrested in a stolen car with a loaded handgun and 80 bags of heroin, authorities said.  At 10:34 p.m. on Monday, Atlantic City Detectives Anthony Abrams and Nicholas Berardis stopped a car in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue after recognizing a 16-year-old driver who did not have a valid license. The driver and passenger, 17, were arrested after the vehicle was found to have been reported stolen from Galloway, police said.  The passenger, from Atlantic City, had a loaded handgun and 80 bags of heroin, police said.
