South Jersey Ex-Con Indicted In Deadly Driveway Shooting: Prosecutors
An Atlantic County grand jury indicted an ex-convict accused of killing a Pleasantville man in a driveway, authorities said.
Jerome Holley, 41, of Absecon, was indicted on Tuesday, Feb. 6, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said. Holley has been charged in the killing of 45-year-old Mamadou Toure.
Pleasantville police responded to a shooting on West Pleasant Avenue at around 8:41 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 9, 2023. Officers found Toure unresponsive with a gunshot wound in the driveway and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 41-year-old ex-convict from Absecon has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a Pleasantville man, authorities said.
Jerome Holley was charged on Friday, Dec. 1 with the murder of Mamadou Toure, 45, of Pleasantville, that occurred in October in Pleasantville, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
Holley was charged with first-degree murder, second-degree possession of a firearm for an unlawful purpose, second-degree possession of a handgun without a permit to carry, and second-degree certain persons not to possess firearms, the prosecutor said.

South Jersey Repeat Offender Admits Cyberstalking Assault Victim, Obscene Threats: Prosecutor
A 49-year-old man on probation in South Jersey has admitted to cyberstalking an assault victim, authorities said.
John LeVance, of Absecon, pleaded guilty on Wednesday, Sept. 20 to the charges of stalking as a repeat offender, cyber harassment, contempt of a court order and invasion of privacy, according the the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
LeVance had been detained since January after his arrest for stalking the victim since June 2022, the prosecutor said.

A 45-year-old man from Atlantic County has been arrested in connection with dropping dye from a drone into local pools, authorities said.
Patrick Spina 4th, of Absecon, owner of Comfort Solutions Heating and Cooling, is facing multiple counts of criminal mischief, according to Absecon police.
On Aug. 13, Absecon Police received a call from a concerned homeowner on Upland Avenue, who reported suspicious activity involving a drone hovering over their pool. "To the homeowner's dismay, a substance was dropped from the drone, turning the pool water an alarming shade of green," police said. …
