Slumlords: 'Luxury' South Jersey Apartment Complex Has Hundreds Of Violations, Report Says A 1,500-unit apartment complex in South Jersey has been cited for hundreds of violations, ABC Action News reports. Fox Meadow in Maple Shade is billed as luxury apartments but is hardly that, the outlet said.  "We have holes in the wall. We had an infestation of mice.
