NBC New York shared photos of a red sedan that appeared to have multiple assault rifles attached to it parked in a wooded area of Byram Township. Intoxicated Driver Found With Cocaine In Sussex County, Police Say A Roseland man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and possessing cocaine on Friday, July 19 in Byram Township, authorities said. Officers observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane on Lackawanna Drive and initiated a vehicle stop, Byram Township Police said in a release. The driver, Vincent Radice, appeared to be intoxicated and proceeded to fail several field sobriety tests, police said.
