Papd Officer Saves Choking Toddler At JFK Airport A Port Authority police officer sprang into action Monday, Jan. 5, saving the life of a choking toddler outside JFK Airport, officials said. Officer Elijah Ali was on patrol near Terminal 4 when a young mother ran up to him in distress, telling him her 2-year-old child was choking inside her vehicle, according to the Port Authority PBA.
