A chief operating officer and deputy director of a Westville security company were charged with stealing $5 million from the company, authorities announced Monday, July 27. Robert Cormier, a 51-year-old Barrington man and Richard Eisler, a 38-year-old Clementon man, both face embezzlement charges, U.S. Attorney Robert Frazier said.
