NJ Transit Operator Jessica Haley's Family Plans Lawsuit The family of the New Jersey Transit train operator killed by a fallen tree is planning to sue several organizations for negligence, an attorney said. Jessica Haley of Levittown, Pennsylvania, was identified as the person who died in the crash, according to a news release from the Anapol Weiss law firm on Thursday, Oct. 15. Support Swells After Man Injured in Mansfield Motorcycle Crash Bryson Borgia was riding his motorcycle at 1 a.m. in Mansfield Township on Wednesday, Aug. 14, when he lost control and crashed, according to a fundraiser set up to support his medical expenses.
