Fugitive Caught With Stolen Gun After Atlantic City Crash, Police Say A wanted Egg Harbor Township man was accused of having a stolen gun after a crash in Atlantic City, authorities said. Joey Osias, 25, was arrested on Sunday, Sept. 22, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. Officers responded to the wreck near the intersection of Route 30 and Grammercy Avenue at around 7:50 p.m. Investigators said a driver and Osias, who was a passenger, ran away from their vehicle after the crash. Woman Charged With DWI After NJ Transit Train Hits Empty Vehicle In Central Jersey A Long Branch woman was accused of driving while intoxicated after an empty vehicle was struck by a New Jersey Transit train, authorities said. North Jersey Coast Line train No. 4384 hit an unoccupied vehicle in Long Branch at around 8:59 p.m. on Monday, June 3, an NJ Transit spokesperson said. The vehicle was struck at the Cedar Avenue crossing between the Long Branch and Elberon stations.
