NJ Man, Ohio Pal Created Sadistic Monkey Torture Videos, Feds Say A New Jersey resident and an Ohio co-conspirator are facing charges for their involvement with the creation of sadistic monkey torture videos involving their genitalia, federal authorities said. Giancarlo Morelli, the Garden State resident, and Nicholas T.
