A Mays Landing man admitted to having four explosive devices when police responded to him overdosing on drugs, authorities said. Robert Moser, 32, pleaded guilty on Monday, July 8 to possessing destructive devices, New Jersey's U.S. Attorney Philip Sellinger said in a news release. Less than 12 hours after responding to a drowning a Crystal Lake, dive teams and emergency responders from across Ocean County were called to a similar incident.
