David Barabin, 47, was given 22 charges, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release on Tuesday, Dec. 24. An officer stopped a vehicle driven by Barabin on South Florida Avenue at around 2:03 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 20. The officer noticed a powdery substance on Barabin’s jacket that appeared to be drugs. George Garulle of Beachwood and Dana Restiano of Whiting were arrested on Monday, Nov. 4, the Stafford Township Police Department said in a news release. Investigators executed two search warrants at the Howard Johnson motel in Toms River and a home on Neptune Avenue in Beachwood. Garulle and Restaino were found with several illegal guns, including defaced guns, ghost guns, rifles, and shotguns. Atlantic City police arrested 43-year-old David Toney, the department said in a news release on Thursday, Sept. 12.  Officers stopped Toney while he was driving on the first block of South Kentucky Avenue at around 6:01 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 6.
