Family Seeks Gloucester County Woman Missing Since August A family is hoping to locate a Gloucester County woman missing since August, authorities said. Katherine O'Donnell was last seen in Stafford, the Washington Township Police Department said. She is known to frequent Lindenwold and Philadelphia.  She is 5'6" with brown hair  with a distinct gray streak near the front hairline, police said. She has a history of narcotics use, police said.
