30-Year-Old Man Followed Women At Route 46 Target A 30-year-old Allamuchy man was recently charged with trespassing after he returned to a Target on Route 46 after being ordered to leave, authorities said. The man, who was not identified by officers, had been following women around the Hackettstown Target and behaving in an inappropriate manner, Washington Township police said in a release. He was released pending a court appearance, police said.

Officers responded to the Target at 200 Promenade Blvd. on a report of a man masturbating in front of another customer, Bridgewater police said in a release.  Two hours prior, he had masturbated in front of a customer at the same Target without them realizing, police said.
