Hoboken City Council President Jen Giattino died suddenly on Tuesday, Nov. 5, Mayor Ravi Bhalla said. She was 52 years old. Hackensack's mayor is demanding an apology from a councilman accused of making racially insensitive remarks about a local soccer coach.
