Shuttered NJ Stop & Shop Replaced By New Grocery Store Facing Multi-Million-Dollar Revamp A brand-new grocery store has replaced Stop & Shop in Passaic County, which was among 32 of underperforming stores in the region, and 10 in New Jersey, that closed.
