Manuel Alicea, 30, was arrested on Monday, Aug. 26, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. He was captured on the train at the Egg Harbor City station. Police said Alicea was a fugitive wanted for pistol-whipping a man on the 1100 block of Arctic Avenue on Wednesday, Aug. 14. North Jersey Coast Line train No. 4384 hit an unoccupied vehicle in Long Branch at around 8:59 p.m. on Monday, June 3, an NJ Transit spokesperson said. The vehicle was struck at the Cedar Avenue crossing between the Long Branch and Elberon stations.
