Overturned Vehicle Closes Lanes On Route 280: NJ DOT An overturned vehicle on Route 280 shutdown all lanes in Newark on the morning of Monday, Dec. 23, authorities said. At 10:42 a.m., the vehicle overturned on the Route 280 eastbound ramp to Exit 15-Route 21 in Newark, the New Jersey Department of Transportation said.
