SWAT Team, FBI Track Down Repeat Offender In NJ Bird Store Crossbow Attack A 53-year-old man accused of shooting a pet store employee in the face with a crossbow in North Jersey was tracked down less than 24 hours later with help from the FBI and the Bergen County SWAT team, and more, in Ocean County, authorities said. Raymond M. Carey, of Hasbrouck Heights, was captured in Pine Beach on Tuesday, Feb. 18, in connection with the åssault at Birds By Joe 2 (where a $7,000 African parrot was stolen last month) on Route 46 in Saddle Brook, according to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella and store employees.
