Sergio Bernal was found guilty of multiple counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault and numerous other offenses, according to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes. Marc Toledo, of Jersey City, approached the victim in a white vehicle in Journal Square early Sunday, June 2, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
