Man Who Sped Through Red Light In Deadly Ocean City Crash Sentenced, Prosecutors Say A Galloway Township man will spend several years in prison for a high-speed crash that killed an Ocean City man more than three years ago, authorities said. Ruddy Narvaez Jr., 36, was sentenced to three years in state prison, Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland said in a news release on Thursday, Nov. 21.  Narvaez was convicted in the crash that killed 66-year-old John Andrew on Tuesday, June 22, 2021.
