Woman Rescued From Roof 'Lost Everything' In South Jersey House Fire: Fundraiser A Delanco Township woman was sedated in a hospital after she was rescued from a roof on her burning home, officials said. Firefighters responded to the home on the 300 block of Burlington Avenue at around 4:50 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 14, the Delanco Fire Company said in a Facebook post. Delanco police officers rescued a woman from a porch roof before fire crews arrived. A GoFundMe page identified the woman as Darlene Rockemore and she was brought to a Philadelphia-area hospital for smoke inhalation. The fire broke out at about 4 p.m. on June 16 on the 1800 block of Sagemore Drive in Evesham.  Evesham Patrol Officer Kevin Long was the first on the scene, shortly followed by the Evesham Fire Department.
