NJ Transit, Amtrak Delays Derail Return To Work: 'Another Stellar Day On The Rails' The post-Thanksgiving return to work turned into a nightmare for NJ Transit and Amtrak commuters Monday morning, Dec. 2, as overhead wire issues near Newark Penn Station triggered widespread delays and frustration.
