Captured: Fugitive In 2010 NJ Attempted Murder Arrested In NYC, Prosecutors Say A fugitive wanted for shooting a man in the face nearly 14 years ago in Brick Township has been captured, authorities said. Marciano Sanchez, 40, was arrested in New York City on Wednesday, Oct. 2, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a news release. Sanchez's last known address was in Queens. Sanchez was on New Jersey’s Most Wanted list after a shooting in Brick on Monday, Nov. 29, 2010. Police responded to a gunshot victim at the Community First Aid building on Mantoloking Road. Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Teen In Elmwood Park Brought Back To Bergen From The Bronx Bergen County prosecutor’s detectives tracked down a Bronx man who they said sexually assaulted an underage girl in Elmwood Park several years ago. Jorge Sanchez, 38, became the target of an investigation following an allegation from the New Jersey Division of Child Protection & Permanency late last month that he abused a victim between her 13th and 16th birthdays, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
