PA Man At Large After Fleeing From Police With Kid In Car: Clinton Township PD A  26-year-old Harrisburg resident is on the lam after refusing to stop for police in Clinton Township on Friday, Dec. 13 while a child was in his car, authorities said. An officer was traveling on Route 78 West when he observed a white Jeep Renegade driving erratically, Clinton Township police said.
