A New Jersey man has been arrested in connection with a shooting at a Pennsylvania gentlemen's club that left an innocent bystander with critical injuries, authorities announced on Thursday evening, Aug. 29. Pedro E. Rodriguez, 27, of Trenton, NJ, was identified as the shooter, police had announced on Thursday morning, Aug. 28. Rodriguez and another man fled after the shooting at The Border at 440 S. The crash occurred Thursday morning, July 25 at the corner of Second and Bridge streets, according to Trenton Mayor Reed Gusciora The officer's vehicle was T-boned, sending both cars into a residential building, the mayor said. Investigators are looking into a crash that killed a motorcycle rider in Howell Township, authorities said. A 28-year-old man from Freehold Township died in the crash on Tuesday, July 9, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said in a news release on Thursday, July 11. A 14-year-old boy is in critical condition after being struck on his bicycle in South Jersey on Friday, June 14, authorities said. The boy was struck by a Dodge around 6:35 p.m. on Route 38 at milepost 19.1 in Southampton, according to New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron. Authorities have released additional information in the double shooting Wednesday, June 12 in Carteret. Two females were found having suffered gunshot wounds on Roosevelt Avenue around 9 a.m., and were airlifted to area hospitals, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Carteret Police Chief Dennis McFadden said. As of 2:30 p.m., one victim had died and the other remains critical, Ciccone and McFadden said. A 21-year-old woman was shot at a large party Friday night, June 7 in Highland Park, authorities said. Police were dispatched to the 200 block of South 7th Avenue at about 11:30 p.m. after getting a call about a disturbance. They found the woman shot three times, Highland Park police said. A Mercer County man was critically injured in a late-night crash in Manchester Township, authorities said.
