Popular Wedding Venue The Art Factory Heads To Auction After Filing For Bankruptcy
Paterson’s historic Art Factory, a popular venue for weddings, corporate events, and creative studios, is set to be auctioned off later this month. The Art Factory made headlines in September after canceling multiple weddings and filing for bankruptcy. Located in the Great Falls Historic District, the iconic 230,000-square-foot complex on 4.78 acres will welcome prospective buyers this month to preview the site before the auction on Nov. 22 by order of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
