A Camden County man has been arrested with a huge cache of explosives and illegal fireworks, authorities said.
For several months, residents on Fleming Pike complained of loud explosions in the Hammonton section of Winslow Township, police said.
Kenneth Baldino, 71, of Hay Road, Winslow Township, was charged after a search of his home and a business, township police said on Monday, July 1. Charges include risking widespread injury, possession of destructive devices and possession of high-capacity magazines, police said.

South Jersey is mourning a devoted father and football coach who died in a motorcycle accident.
Jason Paul Crowder, of Winslow Township, died in the accident on Saturday, July 8, his obituary says. He was 30.
Born in Vineland, Jason grew up in Hammonton, where he played basketball and football before graduating from Hammonton High School in 2011.
An avid sportsman, Jason volunteered as a football coach for the Hammonton Hawks and the Hamilton Knights Organizations and played softball with the Hammonton Rec. League. He was also a member of the Wheels of Soul Nation.

NJ Park Police Officer Charged With Making Child Pornography: Prosecutor
A New Jersey Park Police officer has been arrested on child pornography charges, authorities said.
Patrick Kelly, 37, of Winslow Township, was arrested on Monday, April 17, at New Jersey State Park Police Headquarters in Egg Harbor City, they said.
Kelly was serving as an officer with the New Jersey State Park Police, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay.
Kelly is charged with manufacturing child abuse sexual materials and possession of child sexual abuse materials, MacAulay said.

Feds: Men From Philly, South Jersey Admit Roles In Major Meth, Fentanyl Trafficking Network
UPDATE: A man from Philadelphia and another from South Jersey admitted their roles in a major drug trafficking ring that dealt meth and fentanyl, federal authorities said.
Kevin Salmon, 25, had 5½ pounds of meth and two guns in his home when it was raided by authorities, U.S. Attorney for New Jersey Philip R. Sellinger said.
Salmon had served as a courier for a major drug-trafficking network that "distributed large quantities of methamphetamine and fentanyl," the U.S. attorney said.
A second defendant, John Munson, 47, of Deptford, admitted selling meth as part of the operation, he said.

UPDATE: A contract nurse who fled after authorities said he set a 54-year-old colleague at Hackensack University Medical Center on fire was found dead of suicide in South Jersey, authorities said.
The body of Nicholas Pagano, 31, of West Deptford was found in a wooded area of Waterford Township, in Camden County, a two-hour drive of more than 100 miles from Hackensack, early Tuesday, Feb. 8, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.

Authorities: NJ State Trooper Seizes 2 Handguns, Drugs From Philly Pair On AC Expressway
State Police seized two guns along with some heroin and pot from two Philadelphia men and a Pennsylvania companion after a stop on the Atlantic City Expressway, authorities said Tuesday.
Trooper John Fallon stopped their car for a traffic violation on the westbound expressway in Winslow Township on Saturday, State Police said in a release.
Dante Johnson-Simmons, 25, was carrying a .380-caliber gun and marijuana, and Latal Turner, 19, had a .40-caliber handgun and heroin, they said.
