South Jersey Lotto Player Wins $1,000-a-week For Life
One New Jersey Lottery CASH4LIFE ticket matched the five white balls drawn on Monday, Aug. 5, winning the $1,000 a week for life second-tier prize.
The winning ticket was sold at Shop Rite #504, 100 South Blackhorse Pike, Williamstown in Gloucester County.
The winning numbers for the Monday, Aug. 5, drawing were: 08, 25, 33, 38 and 46.

The prizes were worth $40,000 and $10,000 from the Tuesday, July 2 drawing, state officials said.

The retailer that sold the $40,000 winning Mega Million ticket was Traders Variety, E 1951 N. Black Horse Pike in Williamstown, Gloucester County.

NJ Addiction Centers Victim Of Data Breach
Addition centers in five locations have suffered a data breach that may compromise patients' private information, officials said.
Maryville, a nonprofit addition agency, is offering credit monitoring services for those who may have had their Social Security numbers and other private details exposed as a result of the incident, according to spokesman Bill Crowe.
The centers affected are in Williamstown, Turnersville, Pemberton, Vineland and Franklinville.
"We have no indication that any information has been misused for identity theft," the agency said.

Motorcyclist, 36, Killed In Collision With Truck In South Jersey
A 36-year-old motorcyclist was killed after colliding with a Freightliner truck in Gloucester County, authorities said.
Steven Bass, 36, of Williamstown, was riding a 2012 Harley Davidson motorcycle east on Clayton Road in Monroe and collided with the truck, Monroe Township police said.
Bass was taken to aa area hospital and pronounced dead at 12:32 p.m. Saturday, May 6, police said.
The Freightliner truck was traveling west on Clayton Road at about 11:40 a.m. when it failed to yield the right of way while making a left turn onto Railroad Avenue, according to Monroe police.

Honda Driver, 52, Ejected, Killed In South Jersey Crash: Report
A 52-year-old man from South Jersey was killed in a crash, NJ Advance Media reports.
The man from Marlton was driving a Honda Accord west on South Black Horse Pike in Monroe Township around 5:40 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14 when he tried to turn left, the outlet said, quoting Monroe Township Police.
The car was turning across the eastbound lanes when it was struck near its rear passenger side by a Chevrolet Corvette that was heading east, the outlet said.
The Honda driver was ejected from his car, the outlet said, and pronounced dead at a local hospital. His name had not been released.

A Diocese of Camden priest was one of two victims killed in a head-on crash over the weekend.
Father Alfred Onyutha, 61, of Vineland, was in a Huyndai SUV, when he struck a 44-year-old Williamstown man in a Nissan SUV on Tuckahoe Road northbound at Sheridan Avenue around 9 p.m. July 16 in Franklin Township, authorities said.
The 44-year-old driver was extricated and flown to Cooper Trauma, and later died. Onyutha was pronounced dead at the scene.

A runaway woman from New Jersey used a fake ID card to enter Live Casino & Hotel Philadelphia, according to Pennsylvania State Police. The woman and a Philadelphia man, both 19, were arrested on the casino floor around 9 p.m. Saturday, according to PSP.

A 25-year-old motorist from South Jersey was killed on Sunday when his car flipped and veered off of Interstate-295 in Gloucester County, authorities said.
Joseph Patterson Jr., 25, of Williamstown was driving a 2015 Honda Civic southbound in West Deptford Township about 10:45 a.m. when his vehicle went off the highway near milepost 19.8, according to New Jersey State Police Trooper Alejandro Goez.
