Troy Sullivan, 62, of Absecon, was heading south on County Route 539 when he crossed the centerline and struck a 54-year-old Hamilton driver head-on around 5:25 p.m. near milepost 26, Manchester police said in a news release. Wildfire Spreads To 3,800 Acres In Ocean County UPDATED: Residents in Ocean County were allowed to return to their homes after a wildfire was 60 percent contained Wednesday, April 12.  The New Jersey Forest Fire Service made substantial progress in Manchester Township fighting the fire that destroyed 3,859 acres. The Jimmy’s Waterhole Fire had only been 10 percent contained as of 1:30 a.m., and 75 structures were threatened. That number dropped to 20 structures by noon Wednesday.
