US Marshals Nab Fugitive Wanted In 2013 Slaying Of Atlantic City Man US Marshals helped capture an Atlantic City fugitive wanted in a fatal shooting from 2013, authorities said. Abdul Bailey, 28, was nabbed in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday, less than a week after Atlantic County's prosecutor made a public appeal for help locating the murder suspect. Authorities warned anyone who had seen Abdul Bailey not to approach him:  "Place yourself in a safe situation and notify local law enforcement as soon as possible," Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G.
