A Monmouth County Grand Jury has returned a five-count indictment against a Somerset County man accused of taking lewd photographs of under a young girl's dress at a car dealership, authorities said. A former Palisades High School math teacher and athletic coach is facing one year behind bars for secretly taking upskirt photos of female students and sharing them online with the intention to masturbate to them, authorities said.
