13-Year-Old Shot Dead In South Jersey
A 13-year-old child was fatally shot in front of a home in Salem City, authorities said. The shooter remains at large, they said. The shooting occurred at about 10:30 p.m. Thursday, March 30 on 9th Street, according to the Salem County Prosecutor's Office and Salem City Police. The teenager was unresponsive when police arrived. He was pronounced dead at Salem Medical Center, the prosecutor's office said. No arrests have been made. Anyone with information is asked to contact Inv. Basketball Tournament Stabbing Leaves Man Dead In Trenton
A 23-year-old man was stabbed dead during a high school basketball tournament in Trenton on Thursday night, Feb. 16, authorities said. Khalil Glanton was found having suffered multiple stab wounds inside the CURE Arena on Hamilton Avenue around 8:30 p.m., The Mercer County Prosecutor's Office said in a release. Trenton Girl, 9, Was Reaching For Mom After Being Struck By Stray Bullet: Report
SeQuoya Bacon-Jones was not crying when her mom found her bleeding on the sidewalk last week. The 9-year-old Trenton girl was laying on the ground, moaning, reaching out for her, Shea Bacon-Jones tells CBS Philly. SeQuoya was playing at the Kingsbury Square courtyard around 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 25, when she was struck by a stray bullet, authorities previously said in a press release.
