A 31-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in Trenton last fall, and a man who was with him at the time was charged on a weapons offense, authorities said. Two brothers have been arrested in connection with a fatal stabbing at the CURE Insurance Arena in Trenton, authorities said. Kareem Finney, 25, and Kahli Finney, 20, both of Trenton, are each charged with first-degree murder and third-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose in the death of Khalil Glanton last week, they said. Tornado Warning Issued In Parts Of NJ
The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a tornado warning in parts of Mercer, Monmouth and Middlesex counties. At 3:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 22, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Edinburg, or 7 miles east of Trenton, moving east at 45 mph, the NWS said. Locations impacted include Hightstown, Cranbury, Roosevelt, Mercerville-Hamilton Square, Edinburg, Windsor, Twin Rivers, Clearbrook Park, Princeton Junction and Concordia. People in those areas were advised to seek cover.

A 23-year-old man was stabbed dead during a high school basketball tournament in Trenton on Thursday night, Feb. 16, authorities said. The 43-year-old gunman who killed three students and wounded five at Michigan State University before turning the gun on himself Monday, Feb. 13 appears to have New Jersey ties. Trenton police are on the lookout for a 19-year-old student who brought a gun to school and fled after scuffling with a security officer, authorities said. A skull fished out of the Delaware River nearly 40 years ago has been identified as belonging to a missing New Jersey man, authorities revealed Monday, Jan. 30.
