Kierra McQueen, 32, was arrested and charged with simple assault, the Township of Hamilton Police Department said in a news release on Wednesday, Aug. 28.  Officers responded to a report of a large fight at Regal Hamilton Commons at around 8:52 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 27. Investigators said McQueen and the children assaulted four people, including a cinema employee.  Three victims were brought to a hospital for their injuries. …

Woman Killed In Crash Near South Jersey Shopping Center, Police Say An Egg Harbor Township woman was killed in a crash near a Mays Landing shopping center, authorities said. Elizabeth Walton, 41, died in the crash on Thursday, June 13, the Township of Hamilton Police Department said in a news release. Officers responded to the intersection of Black Horse Pike and Hamilton Commons Drive at around 7:51 p.m. Investigators said Walton was driving a 2006 Nissan Altima west on Black Horse Pike when she didn't stop at the intersection's red light. Man Accused Of Killing Mother In South Jersey Home: Prosecutors An Atlantic County man was facing charges after police said he killed his mother, according to authorities. Sean Daly, 53, of Mays Landing, was charged with murder and weapons offenses, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release on Thursday, Mar. 21. He was accused of killing his 74-year-old mother Melba Daly, also from Mays Landing. Township of Hamilton police responded to a 911 call at a home on Quinn Avenue at around 11:38 a.m. on Wednesday, Mar. 20. When officers arrived, they found Melba Daly dead inside the house.
