Kevin Scoda, 24, of Edison, was killed in the crash on Route 72, the Stafford Township Police Department said in a news release on Tuesday, July 23. Stafford Township police responded to the wreck on County Route 539 near milepost 11.5 at around 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Apr. 2, the department said in a news release. Investigators said 30-year-old Gogi Jailava of Browns Mills was driving south when he lost control of his 2008 Toyota Yaris. His car left the road and hit a tree. Dawn Sanzari Charged An Ocean County woman was accused of stealing more than $100,000 from a construction company, authorities said. Dawn Sanzari, 50, of Forked River, was arrested on Monday, Mar. 25, the Stafford Township Police Department said in a news release. She was charged with second-degree theft by deception and fraudulent use of a credit card. Stafford police received a report of a theft from a construction company on Tuesday, Feb. 27. Macko Construction reported that more than $100,000 was stolen from its business account. Sanzari was released pending a future court appearance.
