Sheng Chen, 53, initially was unresponsive, with a weak pulse, after a Pascack Valley Line train struck the Toyota Sequoia on Main Street, east of New Bridge Landing, around 4:40 p.m., authorities said. He was pronounced dead less than 20 minutes later. Woman Hit By Train In Hackensack A woman was hospitalized with injuries that weren’t considered life-threatening after she was struck by a passenger train Saturday afternoon in Hackensack, authorities said. The woman was clipped by Pascack Valley Line Train #2111 near the Passaic Street crossing around 12:45 p.m., NJ Transit’s Kate Thompson said.
