Jose Guadrou-Martinez, of Hamilton, was walking southbound across South Broad Street at about 9:35 p.m. on Saturday, July 13 when he was hit in the 2700 block, Hamilton Township police said. Alicia Schmitter, 40, is accused of using a lighter to set fire to an advertisement flag in front of Angie’s Multiservices on the 1800 block of South Broad Street in Hamilton just before 3:10 a.m. on Thursday, April 21, local police said.
