Madison Alfano of Staten Island, NY, lost control of her car and hit the driver's side of another vehicle on the northbound side of the Garden State Parkway in Sayreville around 7:50 p.m. Friday, Jan. 12, New Jersey State Police  Trooper Troy McNair said. Five Injured In 3-Car Crash On Garden State Parkway: Police Five people suffered minor injuries in a three-car crash on the Garden State Parkway in Middlesex County Tuesday morning, Jan. 2,  state police said. At 8:05 a.m., troopers responded to the parkway northbound in Sayreville at milepost 124.9 for a crash between a Toyota minivan, Toyota passenger vehicle and Acura SUV, police said.  The accident remains under investigation, state police said.

Police ID Driver, Passenger Killed In Sayreville Crash Authorities have identified the driver and passenger killed in a head-on collision with a box truck in Sayreville. Domingo Coach-Sam, 27, and the passenger sitting behind him, Gaspa Sam Ciprian, 28, died in the crash at about 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31 at the intersection of Bordentown Avenue and Waterworks Road, the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office said. Their hometowns were not released. The crash occurred at about 5 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 28, on Route 35 southbound near Fred's Bait & Tackle. A rear-seat passenger of the vehicle was killed on impact, according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office. An earlier statement from the prosecutor's office incorrectly said the driver was killed. The driver and another passenger were hospitalized and were being treated for serious injuries. Traffic was detoured down Route 9 south, Sayreville police said.
